next door

There are these two chidren Chetan(may be 4) and Shreya(may be 2 1/2) who live just next to our house. They are the grandchildren of our house owner Mr. Rao. A strict looking man, may be 60 or more but kind of ok man. I dont know what to say about him as we never talked much except when he tells us to be not too late in the night as Hyderabad is a dangerous place and to check if everything is switched off in the house when we leave for longer times. I don't know if Hyderabad is dangerous, does not look like, but yeah a terrorist was discovered here some time back. But that is everywhere. We went sometimes on walks at 4 in the morning untill the police station and everything looked sleepy. But we anyway stopped, if we want to live next door. So, about the kids...Chetan is active and may be a ameer baap ki bigadne waali aulad but Shreya is shy and does not speak and just looks. To lure them, I showed them episodes of Tom and Jerry. I still love it. And ofcourse they cannot stop to laugh when everything is a funny fight between Tom and Jerry. I think they think I am funny because I showed them how to clean their nose without showing to anybody. Well, it was just Chetan who was always poking his little nose.

In the begining I was like a forbidden person, as old people always tell to the youngs to not to speak to stranger. Well may be there is a point sometimes and sometimes it is pointless. We cannot change that. But we can try to show that we have a good character :-D
